3. Classroom Progress / Class Progress
Introduction and Warm-up (10 minutes)
Greeting and introduction to the class.
Warm up the body with light exercises.
Breathing Exercises (10 minutes)
Guidance on basic breathing techniques.
Practice deep and even breathing.
Basic Movement Sequence (20 minutes)
Guidance and practice of basic yoga poses such as Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose).
Focus on maintaining balance and adjusting posture correctly.
Advanced Movement Sequence (10 minutes)
Introduction and practice of advanced poses such as Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose).
Guidance on how to combine continuous movement sequences.
Relaxation and Conclusion (10 minutes)
Relax the body and mind in Savasana (Corpse Pose).
Conclude the class with meditation and expressions of gratitude.

4. Preparation / Participants need to prepare
Yoga learners need to prepare the following:
Training space: Choose a quiet, airy, and spacious area to comfortably perform yoga poses.
Yoga mat: A good quality yoga mat to ensure comfort and safety during practice.
Comfortable clothing: Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes to easily perform the movements.
Drinking water: Prepare drinking water to keep the body hydrated throughout the session.
Relaxed mindset: Arrive at the class with a relaxed mindset, ready to learn and experience.
Warm up properly: Always warm up before starting yoga to avoid injuries.
Listen to your body: Do not force your body into difficult poses. Listen to and respect your own limits.
Breathe evenly: Breathe deeply and steadily throughout the session to enhance effectiveness and relaxation.
Focus: Keep your mind focused on the movements and your breath, avoiding distractions from the surrounding environment.
Relax at the end of the session: Take time to relax and recover after the session with relaxing poses like Savasana.
Cancellation and refund policy:
No refunds for registered classes.
Only rescheduling and holding are accepted within 1 year from the registration date.
Class rescheduling policy:
Reschedule 24 hours in advance: Free.
Reschedule within 24 hours: A rescheduling fee may apply.
