🔄 Procedure to proceed

1️⃣ Receive requests from parents through 6ixgo  • Confirm the child's age, required care time, specific requests (if any)

2️⃣ Discuss and agree on the work schedule  • Clearly agree on time, location, form of care for the child, number of children, salary

3️⃣ Paid trial period (1–2 days)  • Parents can observe and assess suitability before officially accepting

4️⃣ Officially accept the job  • Both parties confirm a fixed schedule, contact methods, and coordination principles

5️⃣ Support during the working process  • Always communicate transparently, flexibly handle arising situations  • If there are sudden changes from either party, early notification is required
