

✨Hello, I am Nguyễn Thị Bông – a yoga teacher with nearly 10 years of experience in teaching group yoga, therapeutic yoga, and prenatal yoga. I always wish to accompany students on the journey to build sustainable health, improve quality of life, and maintain a positive spirit. I have many years of teaching experience at large centers, businesses, and clubs, including therapeutic yoga, prenatal yoga, group yoga, and private 1-on-1 teaching at home.
During my teaching process, I always ensure three important criteria: safety – technique – effectiveness. I am capable of handling arising situations during practice, communicating clearly – understandably, and proficient in yoga routing. I regularly design diverse, fresh exercises suitable for each student's condition, flexible between beginners and those with experience.
I also build exercises based on anatomy for therapeutic yoga learners; design lesson plans specifically for expectant mothers before and after childbirth; develop training and nutrition programs for weight loss and weight gain goals. In addition, I correct postures based on movement principles and can communicate well verbally, helping students grasp techniques faster.
The 1-on-1 yoga course I designed focuses entirely on personalization, helping each student achieve results quickly and meet their goals. Students will:
Improve overall health: spine, joints, muscles, and breath
Reduce pain in shoulders, back, hips, and knees
Correct posture – improve standing and sitting posture
Increase flexibility, agility, and endurance
Reduce stress, improve sleep quality
Practice suitable for beginners, long-term inactive individuals
Have a personalized schedule for expectant mothers, postpartum individuals, and those with spine issues
Be closely monitored 1-on-1 to ensure correct and absolutely safe techniques
The curriculum is flexibly designed according to each individual's condition, including:
Initial fitness and health status assessment
Warm-up – safely warm up joints
Main exercise series (basic – advanced yoga, therapeutic yoga, improving flexibility – balance, strengthening core – back – hips – shoulders)
Breathing exercises – breath control (Pranayama)
Deep relaxation (Shavasana)
Home exercise consultation and recovery guidance
Location: Classes are held at the student's home.
Duration of each session: 60 minutes (1 hour).
Tuition:
Hoc Mon area: 400,000 VND / hour.
Other areas: 500,000 VND / hour.
