Over 9 years of professional competition and swimming instruction.
Training many students from basic to advanced levels, helping to overcome the fear of water.
Scientific training methods, combining direct practice and detailed technique correction.
COURSE CONTENT
Getting used to water, breathing techniques, and basic floating.
Learning 4 swimming styles: breaststroke, freestyle, butterfly, half (according to registration and student ability).
Turning techniques, wall kicking, and perfecting swimming strokes.
Supplementary exercises to increase endurance, rescue skills, and handling situations in water.
Learning format:
Individual (1 on 1): 10 sessions – 4,000,000 VND
Group of 2–3 people: 10 sessions – 3,500,000 VND/person
Output commitment:
Students can complete at least 25m with the registered swimming style.
Master breathing techniques, floating, and safety in water.
Learning location:
Swimming pool at the student's home or a pool suggested by the student.
Flexible learning schedule, prioritizing the time frame chosen by the student (unless it overlaps with an existing session).
Proposed learning schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
(1 session = 60 minutes)
Children from 6 years old and above.
Adults who do not know how to swim or want to improve their skills.
People who are afraid of water need to overcome their mentality.
Students who want to practice advanced skills for exams/competitions.
Check the physical fitness and initial abilities of the students.
Create a personalized lesson plan according to the goals (basic, advanced, overcoming fear of water…).
Conduct training in stages: familiarization – technique – endurance training.
Evaluate the final results & adjust techniques.
Swimwear (swimsuits, swim goggles, swim caps).
Personal towel.
A relaxed spirit and determination to conquer the water.
If unexpectedly busy, students should notify at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
For group classes, everyone should arrive on time to avoid affecting the overall progress.
In case the instructor is unavoidably busy, the class schedule will be communicated to students as soon as possible.
