🔄 Process of Implementation

1️⃣ Receiving requests from parents via 6ixGo  • Confirm the child's age, required care time, area, special requests (if any)

2️⃣ Discussing & agreeing on working conditions  • Agreement on time, location, number of children, form of care, specific salary

3️⃣ Paid trial period (1–2 days)  • Parents can observe and evaluate the suitability of the caregiver before making a decision

4️⃣ Officially starting work  • Both parties confirm a fixed schedule, communication methods, and coordination principles

5️⃣ Accompanying & supporting throughout  • Always communicate transparently, flexibly handle situations  • If there are changes from either side, early notification is needed for timely arrangements

• Basic information: child's age, duration of care needed, area, number of children • Special requirements (if any): child was born premature, tends to cry a lot, needs monitoring of eating and sleeping, etc. • Care space for the child: prepare an area for the child to sleep, diapers – milk – towels, basic supplies • Meals for the caregiver: if working day shifts or staying over, need to support meals as agreed • Specific work schedule: start – end times, days off, notice period for any changes • Spirit of cooperation: create a friendly, transparent environment for effective coordination

⚠️ Note for Parents• The probation period will still be paid in full according to the agreed rate • No requests for overtime or additional tasks outside the agreement without prior discussion • Limit interference in the caregiver's work process, creating conditions for the caregiver to work stably • Always communicate clearly, respect each other, and if there are schedule changes, notify the caregiver in advance.

• If the service is discontinued mid-way, full payment for the work done is required
