Step 1: Customers select a suitable printer rental package and schedule directly on 6ixgo (choose the date and time for contact).

Step 2: After scheduling, customers can further discuss with Print Logic about their usage needs, desired printer model, and printing quantity.

Step 3: Print Logic staff receives the request, provides consultation, and sends quotation – terms – printer rental contract to the customer.

Step 4: If the customer agrees to the contract, proceed to confirm & pay the first month's rental fee for Print Logic to implement the service.

Step 5: Print Logic technicians deliver the machine to the location, install – set up – provide usage instructions – sign the handover record.

Step 6: At the end of each month, technical/accounting staff will finalize the counter (number of prints) and send an invoice for the customer to pay in cash or via bank transfer.

Step 7: Throughout the rental period, if the machine encounters issues, Print Logic provides on-site technical support and replaces the machine when necessary.
