The customer selects a suitable service package for home care of mothers & babies (by hour, day, or month) and proceeds to schedule on 6ixgo.

2️⃣ Confirm & discuss details
After scheduling, the caregiver from Đồng Tâm Care will contact to confirm the time, location, and specific needs (baby bathing, mother massage, cleaning, etc.).

3️⃣ Prepare & carry out the service
The staff arrives on time, bringing all necessary tools, essential oils, towels, gloves…, and performs the care process safely – gently – professionally.

4️⃣ Complete & post-service guidance
After completion, the staff will clean the area, tidy up, and guide the mother on postpartum care or monitoring the baby at home.

• Quiet, cool space, enough room for staff to operate (mother's resting room, baby bathing area or changing clothes).

• Clean water source, towels, diapers, clothes for the baby (if you want to use your family's own items).

• Full power outlets and lighting to ensure that the care process takes place conveniently and safely.

• Health information of the mother and baby (if there are special conditions: surgical scars, jaundice, allergies, etc.) so that staff can prepare appropriate tools and treatment plans.

• Maintain warm air, limit drafts or noise when bathing the baby or massaging the mother.

• You should schedule at least 1–2 days in advance to ensure proper personnel and time arrangements.

• In case of changes or cancellations, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance for timely assistance.

• If the mother has an open wound, surgical incision, or is in a special recovery phase, please inform us in advance so that staff can prepare the appropriate tools and treatment plan.

• For newborns showing signs of fever, allergies, or an umbilical cord that has not completely dried, it is advisable to consult a doctor before proceeding with the service.

• The service is only applicable at home or in a safe apartment that meets hygiene and operational space requirements.
