WHAT DOES THE TRAINING PACKAGE INCLUDE?

Basic package (1 session 60 minutes — 600k):

  • Initial assessment session: check physical condition, movements, and personal goals.

  • Personalized 1:1 workout (warm-up, strength/cardio circuit, mobility, cool-down).

  • Technique adjustments, breathing, correct posture.

  • First week workout plan + basic nutrition advice.

SCHEDULE AND TUITION FEES

  • Tuition fee: 600,000 VND / 60 minutes (direct 1:1 PT)

  • Schedule: Flexible, depending on the form and needs and personal schedule of the student.

Class Progress

  • Create a learning plan & track progress.

  • Payment & maintain regular workouts.

Buyer Preparation
  • Minimum space ~2m x 2m.

  • Sportswear & water bottle.

  • If available: exercise mat, dumbbells, resistance bands —

  • Before the session: light snack 60–90 minutes prior, get enough sleep, inform the trainer about injuries/medications being taken.

Note
  • The results depend on the frequency of training & diet.

  • Students with health issues need to be cleared by a doctor before participating.

  • Cancellation policy: notify at least 6–12 hours before the class.

  • The trainer has the right to suspend the class if a risk of injury is detected.

  • Online sessions: a clear camera is required for the trainer to monitor form.

  • In addition to in-person classes, there is also an online version for students who are far away.

  • Tuition fees may vary depending on the student's goals and learning needs.
