1. Customers contact via Inbox/Zalo/Phone to check available schedule.

2. Confirm time slot – pay deposit (if any).

3. Arrive at the location, staff guides check-in, hand over the room.

4. Customers use the studio for the registered time.

5. At the end of the session, return the room and pay the remaining amount (if not fully paid).
