GENERAL REGULATIONS Check-in at: 2pm the day before Check-out at: 12pm noon the next day Pets are not allowed A deposit is required to hold the unit Suitable for all children of all ages The accommodation does not have cribs/baby beds for small children No age requirement for check-in Payment can be made in cash or online transfer. Please clean up, wash dishes, cooking utensils, and put them in the designated place. Determine the rental time and the specific number of guests. Choose a villa that suits your needs (number of rooms, amenities…). Prepare documents (ID card/Passport) for check-in. Transfer a deposit to secure your reservation. Bring personal items (clothes, necessary supplies). Follow the villa's rules: no pets allowed, clean up after use.
Check-in time for the Villa: 2pm the day before Check-out time for the Villa: 12pm noon the next day
Deposit for furniture: 5,000,000₫ (will be refunded upon check-out) In case guests want to check in early or check out late, the Villa will charge an additional 500k/hour (only applicable when the Villa has no guests that day or guests check in late) To book the house, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining 50% must be paid in full upon receiving the house. To block the schedule for Gem Villa, Gem Villa does not accept payments after check-out, so we kindly ask for your understanding. When receiving the house, please allow Gem Villa to keep your ID card/CCCD or driver's license for Gem Villa to register temporary residence. It will be returned to you after check-out. Since the Villa is located in a quiet area, we do not accept parties with loud sound and light effects or parties with DJs, live music, and large speakers as it affects the surrounding neighbors. The Villa only accepts events with chill sound that is just enough to hear, without causing too much noise to the surroundings. And please do not sing outside by the pool before 10pm. We do not accept guests organizing drug use, using drugs, and any banned stimulants; rental will be terminated, guests will be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued if drug use is detected in the house.
