1. Choose a theme for the event
The concept, also known as the theme of the event, is an essential factor in creating an impressive year-end event. A creative and unique concept helps the event become a memorable experience for the company's members and creates a standout and memorable impression for the company's customers.
Therefore, we pay great attention to collaborating with clients to create a concept for the event or receiving the client's concept idea if available.
2. Develop the organization idea
Having an idea is one thing, and executing it is another. Once the concept of the event is determined or a pre-existing concept from the client is received, we proceed to develop an idea to create a proposal plan for client approval. After approval, we will arrange personnel to implement according to the plan.
3. Create the program script
Creating a script that runs throughout the event according to specific time milestones creates a consistent and professional event, ensuring that all participants have the best experience together.

1️⃣ Receiving requests
Customers provide basic information: type of event, number of guests, time, estimated budget.
2️⃣ Consultation & concept selection
The Global Media team proposes creative concepts or receives ideas from customers, ensuring alignment with event goals.
3️⃣ Creating proposal & detailed plan
Drafting a proposal (plan) including: ideas, design, timeline, personnel, costs → sending to customers for approval.
4️⃣ Implementation & setup
Arranging personnel, preparing the space, setting up the stage, sound – lighting, backdrop, standee, product display area…
5️⃣ Building the program script
Preparing the MC, script, event flow, assigning each item to ensure the event runs smoothly.
6️⃣ Operation & event management
The Global Media team directly supervises the entire event, quickly handling any situations, ensuring the program runs smoothly.
7️⃣ Conclusion & handover
Completing the event, dismantling the setup, handing back the venue. Final report & evaluating effectiveness with the customer.
Define the event goals

Name + phone number/email of the person in charge for convenient communication & confirmation of the plan.
Book early: You should contact and reserve the space at least 7–10 days in advance to ensure there is an available slot and to prepare the best.
Confirm services: Provide complete event information (time, number of guests, concept, budget) to create a detailed plan.
Rental time: The hall rental package is calculated by day (06:00 – 21:00). If there are additional hours, there will be extra charges.
Change/cancel schedule: Please notify at least 48 hours in advance for the best support.
Additional costs: Additional items (MC, KOLs, special equipment, livestream…) will be quoted separately.
