Specify the rooms or areas that need cleaning (living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony...).

Notify in advance of any special requests such as: removing stubborn stains, deodorizing, cleaning the ceiling, carpet washing...

🔹 Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance for Hana Care to arrange the best personnel

🔹 A 10% surcharge applies for urgent shifts

🔹 A deposit of 50% - 100% of the service value is required

🔹 Prices apply based on the date the service is performed, not the survey date

🔹 The service is performed based on the Survey Minutes, and any additional costs will be calculated by the team leader

🔹 A surcharge applies if changing the date, time, or address

🔹 Cancellation policy:

50% refund if canceled 48 hours in advance

No refund if canceled after 48 hours

🔹 Price does not include specialized chemicals (The supervisor will discuss after the survey if needed)

👉 If more than 10km away, a surcharge of 100K - 150K applies depending on the area
