Personal Training Class (PT) 1:1 or small group is a training program designed specifically for each student, helping you achieve your physical and health goals effectively – safely – scientifically.
Tuition includes:
- Direct 1:1 or small group training (as chosen)
- Personalized meal planning according to goals (muscle gain/fat loss/maintenance)
- Q&A & nutrition, training consultation throughout the process
- Guidance on using supplements if needed
Cost for Vietnamese students:
📍1:1 → 250,000 VND/session → 3,000,000 VND/month (12 sessions)
📍Group of 2 or more → 200,000 VND/session/person → 2,400,000 VND/month/person
Cost for foreign students: 📍1:1 → 400,000 VND/session → 4,800,000 VND/month 📍Group of 2 or more → 350,000 VND/session/person → 4,200,000 VND/month/person 💥 Discount: Register for 3 months or more to get 10% off the total cost. 🕒 Flexible class schedule, negotiable to fit personal time. 🏋️ If you already have a gym, the PT will come to you. If not, the PT will support gym fees: – Support 50% of the gym fee (short-term) – Support 100% of the gym fee (long-term training over 3 months)
🔹 Step 1: Initial consultation & health assessment Before starting the course, the personal trainer (PT) will have a 1:1 conversation to understand: Personal goals (muscle gain, fat loss, maintaining health,...) Current lifestyle, work schedule, eating habits Health status (history of injuries, medical conditions if any) Conduct basic tests to assess fitness, from which a suitable plan will be developed. 🔹 Step 2: Design a personalized training plan Based on the consultation & assessment results, the PT will create a detailed training and nutrition plan including: Training plan: number of sessions/week, muscle groups to improve, gradual increase over time Nutrition plan: guidance on how to eat according to goals, flexible according to personal conditions If the student has needs, they will be advised on suitable and safe dietary supplements. 🔹 Step 3: Direct training with the PT Each training session will be guided directly, with careful adjustments to avoid injuries and optimize effectiveness. The content of the training sessions changes flexibly each week to ensure it does not become boring. The PT will always be close, encourage, and adjust exercises according to the student's actual progress. 🔹 Step 4: Monitoring & periodic evaluation After every 2–4 weeks, the PT will: Recheck body metrics (weight, waist circumference, muscle/fat,... if the student agrees to measure) Update training effectiveness to adjust exercises & diet Listen to feedback from students and support adjustments for a more suitable plan 🔹 Step 5: Support outside of hours Students can message the PT to ask about diet, feelings after workouts, supplement choices,... Support like a companion – helping you maintain motivation, keep discipline, and not give up midway.
