🔹For Vietnamese customers

• Identification documents: CCCD/CMND or driver's license.

• Deposit: 5,000,000 VND/car (refundable at the end of the contract).

• Payment in advance for the number of days you want to rent.

🔹For foreign customers

• Passport – required.

• International driver's license (if renting a vehicle over 50cc).

• No international driver's license → can rent a 50cc vehicle.

• Deposit: Original passport or 5,000,000 VND/car.

• Payment in advance for the number of rental days.

• Individuals under 18 years old are not allowed to rent a vehicle.

• Please take good care of the vehicle and drive safely during the rental period.

• If returning the vehicle late:

  • More than 2 hours → an additional charge of half a day's rental.

  • More than 6 hours → charged as 1 day's rental.

• Delivery of the vehicle is only applicable from 8 AM – 8 PM (with a fee, including the cost for the staff to return via Grab). Outside of these hours, customers need to come to the company to rent/return the vehicle.

• When renting a vehicle, you will have 2 helmets available upon request (default is 1).

• A deposit is required when receiving the vehicle, and the company will refund the deposit upon returning the vehicle (negotiable in advance)..

• Customers have the right to exchange for another vehicle if the vehicle is not safe for travel.
