1️⃣ Select the device to rent
Customers access the 6ixgo app or website, choose the type of device they want to rent (Laptop, Macbook, Printer…).

2️⃣ Contact & confirm the order

Communicate directly via the chat box for advice on suitable configuration and rental duration.

3️⃣ Payment & deposit
Individual customers pay a deposit of 50% of the device value; businesses will receive support for detailed quotes and VAT invoices (if needed).

4️⃣ Receive the device & use it
The device is delivered to the requested location or picked up directly at the Meta Mobile store.

5️⃣ Return & end the contract
After the rental period ends, customers return the device. Staff will check and refund the deposit (if there is no damage).

• ID card/Passport (to verify information when signing the contract).

• 50% deposit of the equipment value (for individual customers).

• In case the device is damaged by the renter, compensation costs will be calculated based on actual value.
