🔄 Babysitter Service Process (5 PM–10 PM)

1. Submit a request via 6ixgo

Parents choose the service through 6ixgo and exchange necessary information.

2. Confirm schedule & conditions (via 6ixgo)

Ms. Thuy confirms the schedule and service conditions directly on the 6ixgo system. Special requests (hyperactive child, speech delay…) will be clearly noted.

3. Schedule & finalize time (via 6ixgo)

Schedule at least 1 day in advance. Fixed schedules (weekly) should be booked 3–7 days early to prioritize arrangements.

4. Trial meeting (optional)

Families can schedule a trial meeting via 6ixgo (30–60 minutes) for the child to get acquainted, and Ms. Thuy to understand the routine. Hourly fees may apply.

5. Provide service

Ms. Thuy arrives on time, caring according to the discussed content. Maintains hygiene, safety, and quickly updates the child's situation after each session.

6. Payment & review (on 6ixgo)

After completing the service and payment, customers can review the service directly on the 6ixgo website.

– Clear time & location: Start – end time (within the range of 5 PM – 10 PM), specific address

– Information about the child: Age, eating – sleeping – playing habits, special conditions (if any)

– Desired content: What support do you need from the caregiver? (eating, learning, playing, putting to sleep, hygiene...)

– Necessary items: Milk, diapers, food, toys, change of clothes (if needed)

– Special requests: If any (vegetarian, no phone usage, quiet environment,...) please discuss in advance

– Only accepting babysitting from 5 PM to 10 PM every day, not accepting late shifts or all-day care

– Please schedule at least 1 day in advance for Ms. Thuy to arrange

– Not accepting multiple children at the same time – only caring for 1 child per session

– A trial session can be arranged at the beginning for both sides to understand the working method, creating peace of mind

– The babysitting fee is calculated based on actual hours, to be paid after each session or as agreed.
