COACH: Lê Thành Anh
EXPERIENCE: over 2 years of coaching Pickleball, having accompanied many students at both beginner and advanced levels.
WHAT THE COURSE INCLUDES
Customized training plan – focusing on the students' goals (improving skills, increasing fitness, getting familiar with Pickleball, etc.)
Basic English communication, can learn with international students
Combining technique & endurance: improving reflexes, strength of arms and legs, and enhancing flexibility
Learning location: Thủ Đức area & District 2
Flexible schedule: book 1–2 days in advance
LEARNING TIME & TUITION FEES
Tuition fee: 350,000 VND/hour

Those who have basic playing skills and want to improve their technique and strategy.
People who want to enhance their fitness, endurance, and prevent injuries.
Anyone who needs a personalized learning path, flexible schedule, and quick progress.
All ages; the coach will adjust the intensity according to the students' physical condition.
Step 1 — Welcome & Short Survey (5–10 minutes): discuss goals, check physical fitness/injury history exercises.
Step 2 — Warm-up & Joint Mobility (8–10 minutes): main movements to prevent injuries.
Step 3 — Basic Technique Instruction (20–25 minutes): practice key strokes, footwork, correct each movement.
Step 4 — Application Situations/Mini Match (10–12 minutes): practice strategies, real-time reflexes.
Step 5 — Short Physical Exercise & Cool Down (5–8 minutes): core, light plyo, stretching exercises.
Step 6 — Summary & Homework (3–5 minutes): feedback, plan for the next session.
Comfortable sportswear and shoes with suitable soles for the court.
Bring water, towels, wristbands if needed.
Personal racket (if available) — if not, inform the coach in advance to arrange suggestions. Note: The coach does not provide rackets by default.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to warm up and prepare.
If there are health issues (history of injuries, blood pressure, etc.), please inform in advance.
The tuition fee does not include the court rental fee.
Students can either book a court nearby and invite the instructor, or ask the instructor to arrange the court if preferred.
The final tuition will consist of lesson fee + court rental fee.
