• Check the bike before receiving: Inspect the brakes, wheels, seat, and accessories to ensure safety.

• Bring water & personal items: Sun hat, gloves, jacket if cycling long distances.

• Book in advance on Saturday & Sunday to avoid running out of vehicles.

• Bring all necessary documents (ID card/Passport or identity card) and deposit money.

• Return the vehicle on time: if returned late, an additional 10k/30 minutes will be charged for exceeding the time.
