I am Vũ Hoài Phương Yên, a Vietnamese-Japanese-English interpreter with a strong passion for Japanese culture and people. With a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies from HUFLIT and an N2 JPLT certification, I am confident in handling projects that require high accuracy and the ability to work independently.
I have held various roles, from tour guide and commercial interpreter to manager of a Japanese restaurant. This diverse experience of over 10 years has given me a comprehensive perspective and the ability to quickly adapt to different situations.

Discuss with the organizers and prepare documents.
9:00 - 10:30 AM:
Interpret the first meeting.

Break and prepare documents for the second interpretation session.

Interpret the second meeting.
12:30 - 1:30 PM:
Lunch break.
1:30 - 3:00 PM:
Interpret the third meeting or assist with visitor consultations.

Short break and prepare documents for the next interpretation session.

Interpret the fourth meeting or assist with visitor consultations.
