Class Progression
HvàJ Languages offers a 2-hour Vietnamese language class. This course focuses on teaching basic Vietnamese vocabulary and grammar and improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The classes are conducted in a fun and interactive manner, helping students to naturally acquire the Vietnamese language.

Class Preparation
Things students need to prepare before attending Vietnamese classes at HvàJ Languages:
Notebook and Writing Tools: Necessary for taking notes and completing assignments during class.
Textbooks: Prepare the textbooks provided or recommended by the center.
Personal Items: Bring personal items like a water bottle and light snacks.
Placement Test Preparation: Prepare for the Vietnamese proficiency test to be placed in the appropriate class.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for long hours of study.
Free Trial Class: Participate in a free trial class before the first official lesson.
Rules
Punctuality: Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts.
Respect and Courtesy: Show respect and courtesy to teachers and fellow students.
Assignment Submission: Submit all assignments by the specified deadlines.
Refund Policy
Full Refund: Requests made at least 7 days before the class starts are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Requests made within 7 days after the class starts are eligible for a partial refund.
No Refund: No refunds are available after 7 days from the start of the class.
Class Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling Requests: Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class.
Rescheduling Limit: Students can reschedule up to 3 times per semester.
