Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by YRISM VN COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter "the Company") through the internet service site operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Site” or "6ixgo"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to all online services and related supplementary services provided by the Company.

  2. "User" refers to both members and non-members who use the services provided by the Company under these Terms of Service.

  3. "Member" refers to a person who provides personal information to the Company, registers as a member, continuously receives information from the Company, and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.

  4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.

  5. "Seller" refers to a member who sells Classes, Services, and Items through the platform.

  6. "Buyer" refers to a member who inquires with a seller to purchase Classes, Services, and Items.

  7. "Class" refers to activities provided by sellers, such as language tutoring, fitness, hobbies/lessons, etc.

  8. "Service" refers to all types of service activities provided by sellers.

  9. "Item" refers to goods sold by sellers through the platform.

Article 3 (Notice and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms of Service on the initial screen of the service so that users can easily access them.

  2. The Company may amend these Terms of Service within the scope that does not violate the laws related to the regulation of terms and conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

  3. If the Company amends the Terms of Service, the Company will specify the effective date and the reasons for the amendment and notify the users by posting the current terms along with the amended terms on the initial screen of the service from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.

  4. Users have the right to refuse the changed terms, and if users continue to use the service after the effective date of the amended terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

  1. The Company provides the following services to users:

    • Providing means for members to register products and make inquiries/receive responses
    • Mediating the purchase of products for members
    • Providing community boards for members
    • Other services determined by the Company
  2. The Company may change the types and contents of services, in whole or in part, for operational or technical needs and will notify users in advance.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

  1. The Company may temporarily interrupt the provision of services due to reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication facilities, or interruption of communication.
  2. In the case of service interruption as mentioned in Paragraph 1, the Company will notify users in advance or afterward.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

  1. Users apply for membership by filling out the membership information form set by the Company and expressing their agreement to these Terms of Service.
  2. The Company registers users who apply for membership as stated in Paragraph 1 as members unless they fall under the following conditions:

    • If the applicant has previously lost membership status under Article 7, Paragraph 2 of these Terms
    • If there is false information, omission, or typo in the registration details
    • If it is judged that registering as a member would significantly hinder the Company's technology

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Disqualification of Membership)

  1. Members can request to withdraw from membership at any time, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately. However, if the member has remaining obligations regarding registered products, the withdrawal may be postponed.
  2. If a member falls under the following reasons, the Company may restrict or suspend their membership status:

    • If false information is registered during the application
    • If the member interferes with the use of services by others or steals information, thus threatening the order of e-commerce
    • If the member engages in actions prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public morals

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

  1. When the Company notifies members, it can be done via the email address submitted by the member to the Company.
  2. In the case of notifications to an unspecified number of members, the Company may replace individual notifications by posting on the service bulletin board for at least one week.

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection)

The Company strives to protect the personal information of members, including registration information, as prescribed by related laws. For matters related to personal information protection, the Company follows the relevant laws and the "Privacy Policy" set by the Company.

Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)

  1. The Company must make the utmost effort to continuously and stably provide services without engaging in activities prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public morals.
  2. The Company must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use internet services safely.

Article 11 (Obligations of Users)

  1. Users must not engage in the following activities:

    • Registering false information during application or changes
    • Stealing others' information
    • Changing information posted by the Company
    • Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than the information specified by the Company
    • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or other third parties
    • Damaging the reputation of the Company or other third parties or interfering with their business
    • Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information that is contrary to public morals on the service

Article 12 (Management of Posts)

  1. Users are responsible for the rights and responsibilities of the posts they create, and the Company may delete, move, or refuse to register content that falls under the following categories without prior notice:

    • Registering false information during application or changes
    • Stealing others' information
    • Changing information posted by the Company
    • Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than the information specified by the Company
    • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or other third parties
    • Damaging the reputation of the Company or other third parties or interfering with their business
  2. The Company has the right to delete, move, edit, or suspend posts that fall under the following categories without prior notice:

    • Acts including defamation, invasion of privacy, or leakage of personal information
    • Spam or advertising posts interfering with the operation of the service
    • Other cases recognized as necessary by the Company
  3. In accordance with Malaysia laws and regulations, the Company may delete, block, or restrict access to posts that contain the following content without prior notice:

    • Damaging the honor and prestige of the country
    • Threatening national security and public order
    • Other content prohibited by law
  4. If the content of a post violates the policies and laws of the country, the Company may take measures such as warnings, suspension of use, or account deletion against the author of the post, and may take legal action if necessary.

Article 13 (Attribution and Restriction of Use of Copyrights)

  1. The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of works created by the Company belong to the Company.
  2. The copyright of posts created by users within the service belongs to the respective author of the post. However, users are deemed to have granted the Company the right to use the posted content for the following purposes both domestically and internationally:

    • Reproduction, modification, transmission, distribution, posting, and other uses of posts within the service
    • Use within related services provided by the Company
    • Use for promotional purposes of the service (within the scope that does not damage the author's reputation)
  3. The Company will not use users' posts for commercial purposes without their consent. However, for non-commercial purposes, posts may be used within the service.
  4. Users must not use the information obtained through the service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without the prior consent of the Company.

Article 14 (Precautions for Use)

  1. Users must not perform the following acts while using the service.

    • Acts of collecting, using, or providing personal information of others without permission
    • Acts of posting obscene or copyright-infringing materials
    • Acts of damaging the reputation of others or causing disadvantages
    • Acts of transmitting a large amount of information or advertising information that may interfere with the stable operation of the service
    • Acts of duplicating, selling, reselling, or exploiting the company's service without the company's consent
    • Acts of causing confusion to other users or harming the community atmosphere by posting untrue or unconfirmed information
    • Acts of spreading malicious or intentionally inaccurate information to incite conflicts between users
    • Contents that cause discomfort or anxiety to others, or Acts that interfere with sound operation
    • Acts of repeatedly posting false information or misleading content for a specific purpose
    • Any other acts that threaten the order and stability of the community
    • Prohibition of political speech: Criticism of the Malaysia government, content that threatens state stability
    • Prohibition of discriminatory speech: Discriminatory speech against ethnicity, religion, or race
    • Prohibition of inflammatory content: Content that incites violence, terrorism, or social unrest
    • Prohibition of inappropriate images: Images that insult state leaders or depict illegal protests
    • Prohibited content: Adult content, obscene speech, fraud, gambling, drugs, and copyright infringement content
  2. If a user violates this clause, the company may suspend or delete the user's account without prior notice, and take legal action if necessary. You may also be notified that if you violate the above, your account may be immediately suspended permanently or legal action may be taken.

Article 15 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company does not bear any responsibility for transactions between users or between users and third parties that occur through the service. The Company only provides intermediary services between sellers and buyers and does not charge separate fees for payments and related services.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by users related to the use of the service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
  3. The Company is not responsible for providing services in the event of force majeure such as natural disasters.
  4. The Company carefully manages the information, materials, and facts posted by users within the service, but does not guarantee their authenticity, legality, or completeness. The Company is not responsible for actions taken by users based on the information. Users are responsible for carefully verifying and using the information.

Article 16 (Interpretation of the Terms)

  1. Matters not specified in these Terms of Service will follow related laws and customary practices.
