Terms of Use for Location-Based Services

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of YRISM VN COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter "the Company") and the user in relation to the use of location-based services (hereinafter "the Services") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Location-Based Services" refer to services provided by the Company to authenticate that the user is located in a specific area based on their current location.

2. "User" refers to a member who uses the location-based services provided by the Company under these Terms.

3. "Seller" refers to a member who registers to sell Classes, Services, and Items through the platform.

4. "Location Authentication" refers to the act performed by a user to confirm their presence in a specific area and receive an authentication mark

Article 3 (Consent to Collection and Use of Location Information)

1. The Company requires mandatory consent to the use of location information to provide location-based services.

2. Consent to the use of location-based services is mandatory for users registered as sellers. Non-seller users can optionally use location-based services.

3. Location information collected for the purpose of location authentication is used only during the authentication process and is not stored or retained after the authentication is completed.

Article 4 (Provision of Location-Based Services)

1. The Company provides services that allow users to authenticate their current location through location-based services.

2. Upon completion of location authentication, the user is granted an authentication mark.

3. Location information used for location authentication is used only once and is not stored or retained by the Company.

Article 5 (Protection and Use of Location Information)

1. The Company complies with laws related to the protection and use of location information and strives to protect the user's location information.

2. Location information collected for location authentication is used solely for authentication purposes and to display the location of the items registered by the user near their authenticated current residence area on the map.

3. Users can withdraw their consent to the collection, use, and provision of location information at any time. However, withdrawing consent will result in the inability to use location-based services.

Article 6 (Restrictions on Use of Location-Based Services)

1. The Company may restrict or suspend the provision of location-based services in the following cases:

   • If the user intentionally provides false location information
   • If the user violates laws, public order, or good morals
   • Other cases deemed necessary by the Company

2. Details regarding the restriction or suspension of location-based services follow the Company's internal policies.

Article 7 (User Rights)

1. Users have the right to request access, correction, and deletion of their location information at any time.

2. Users can withdraw their consent to the collection, use, and provision of location information, but doing so may restrict the use of location-based services.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the provision of location-based services, except for damages caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence.

2. The accuracy and reliability of location information are entirely based on the information provided by the user, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of location information.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms of Use for Location-Based Services)

1. These Terms are effective from the date of implementation, and any additions, deletions, or corrections to changes in laws and policies will be notified through announcements from 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
