Lately, I've been so busy with work that even when I rest, I feel like my body isn't recovering. I thought about trying to exercise, so I attempted it a few times... but it just doesn't go as I wish. 😂 Starting tomorrow, I really want to try morning exercise and gradually develop a habit of moving consistently, even if it's just a little.
