I stumbled upon PHỞ BÒ MỸ Wagyu noodle on Instagram and was curious enough to check it out. To cut to the chase, it was slightly disappointing compared to my expectations. The price is 149,000 VND, which is definitely on the expensive side compared to regular noodles, but the broth doesn’t taste significantly different from the broth we know. The only difference is that the Wagyu adds a stable base flavor. In the end, it was a predictable taste of “this is what it tastes like when you add Wagyu to noodles.” Still, if you’re curious about new noodles, it’s worth a visit at least once.
